According to the iCIMS report, 47% of college graduates are interested in using ChatGPT or other AI bots to write their resumes or cover letter. 25%of Gen Z have already used an AI bot to write their resume or cover letter. However, job seekers using generative AI should be cautious: 39% of recruiters said using AI technology when hiring is a problem.[4]
